Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Humanex-Tech Kft. (the “Controller”), operator of the humanex-tech.com website, processes the personal data of website visitors and of individuals who contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination.

3. Data processed, purposes and legal bases
3.1. Contact and quote requests
When you contact us via the website form or by e-mail, we process the following data:

Providing data is voluntary; without the mandatory fields (name, e-mail, message) we cannot process the enquiry.
3.2. Cookies and statistics
The website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); statistical and embedded-content cookies are based on consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). See the Cookie Policy for details.
Subject to consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.). More: policies.google.com/privacy.
3.3. Embedded Google Maps
The website footer embeds Google Maps. When the map loads – subject to consent – Google may process data from the user’s device (e.g. IP address) under its own privacy policy.
4. Processors and recipients
- Hosting provider: Sybell Informatika Kft. (see section 2)
- Google Ireland Ltd. – web analytics (Google Analytics) and maps (Google Maps)
Apart from the above processors and disclosures required by law, the Controller does not transfer data to third parties.
5. Transfers to third countries
When Google services are used, data may be transferred to the United States. Google ensures appropriate safeguards via the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time free of charge (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing).

8. Data security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted transmission, access control, regular backups) to protect the data processed.
9. Changes
The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The current version is always available on the website.
