A plant's performance often depends on what is least visible: the condition of its heat exchangers and air coolers. When capacity drops significantly, parameter excursions, compromises and unplanned shutdowns follow — usually at the worst possible time. Humanex-TECH works to prevent this: we clean air coolers on short lead times.

Cleaning can be performed during operation. There is no need to wait for a shutdown — we restore cooling capacity exactly when it is needed most.

Cleaning effectiveness used to be hard to prove. On request, we prepare a measurement report that verifies the before–after condition with numbers.
